Steven is a co-founder and shareholder of the firm; Laurus. Through his position as the Director of Family Law, he has grown a reputation for his ability to distil complicated issues to meaningful results, whilst always putting his clients’ welfare and needs at the heart of any case.

Well known in the industry as a leading family lawyer who serves a loyal and expanding base of clients, he has developed a skill set to enable him to provide pragmatic and sensible advice across a wide range of family issues.

He focuses his knowledge on the financial matters that follow the breakdown of a relationship. As a result of his reputation, he is regularly instructed in high-profile cases acting for celebrities and other leading individuals. Steven will often be required to deal with matters that have complex elements that might include analysing and understanding company structures, cross-jurisdictional problems as well as cases involving different types of Trusts.

Additionally, Steven has an extensive private children law practice advising on matters that might involve international and internal relocation, contact disputes and cases where there are allegations of domestic violence that lead to fact-finding hearings.

Stephen regularly works with some of London’s leading chambers where he’s called upon to resolve complex, multi-layered cases. His approach is based squarely on empathetically understanding clients’ needs, defining the best outcome and strategically achieving the desired result.
