Charles is regularly instructed in respect of matters under the Companies Act 2006, as well as disputes involving Partnerships and Joint Ventures. He also has experience of applications for vesting orders pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925.

In regards to insolvency, Charles has extensive experience in both corporate and personal insolvency proceedings. He is regularly instructed in respect of bankruptcy petitions, applications to annul, the appointment of liquidators and various more.

Charles also acts on behalf or Landlords, Management Companies, and Tenants in respect of Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant matters. He has successfully represented clients in respect of matters concerning lease extensions, Possession Proceedings, Adverse Possession, Unlawful Eviction and rent reviews.

He is regularly also instructed on matters that involve, co-ownership, partnerships, and resulting and constructive trusts. Frequently instructed in applications for orders for sale pursuant to s.14 Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996

Charles has experience of applications for vesting orders pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925.

Charles is regularly instructed on behalf of Landlords, Leaseholders, and RTM Companies in matters before the Tribunal. This has includes appearing and advising in respect of Service Charge and Administration Charge disputes, the acquiring of management functions by Right to Manage companies and representing clients in challenges to the register in the Land Registration Tribunal.

Charles successfully has represented clients in respect of contested charging orders, and subsequently secured orders for sale pursuant to the same as well as representing Landlords in anti-social behaviour and harassment injunctions under the Housing Act 1996.
