Andrew’s clients consist of entrepreneurial individuals across a wide range of sectors. Andrew has particular experience of dealing with transactions involving companies in the financial services industry. He acts for clients at every stage of their business journey from start-up through growth and expansion to eventual sale.
Andrew also works closely with RSW Law’s Insolvency Team advising in connection with the sale of assets by insolvent companies and other corporate transactions in an insolvency context. These transactions often require work being carried out at short notice with an understanding of the complex insolvency rules which govern the administration or liquidation.
