Add to My TeamFrom 1983, Alison specialised in General common law, divorce and financial relief and crime. She then began to be involved in cases in relation to divorce, financial relief and children (Wardship and CYPAs) from 1980 to1990.
In 1989, Alison became co-founder of I Garden Court Family Law Chambers, where she took on the role of Joint Head of Chambers until 2010.
From 1989 to 2000, Alison is also highly experienced in Children Act (private and public law), which she initiated more involvement in from 1990 to early 2000’s, in relation to both International, Human Rights, Mental Capacity (pre COP ) and mediation.
Since early 2000’s, she has continued in her specialist areas and Court of Protection.
