IDR to host event on Tackling Coronavirus Fraud

On the 16 March 2021 at 4pm, IDR will be hosting an event on Tackling Coronavirus Fraud. Speakers will include IDR members; Kevin Humphreys and Liz Coleman, Tax and Forensic Accountancy specialists as well as Stuart McDonald MC, a security and risk management expert at IDR member firm, Matrix Investigations.

Topics covered will include Coronavirus Grant Fraud, Furlough Fraud and the Coronavirus Loan Scheme Fraud.

The event is aimed at Criminal and Insolvency Barristers and Solicitors as well as Insolvency Practitioners and will raise awareness of law enforcement’s approach to tackling Coronavirus Fraud, including, their priorities and strategy from intelligence gathering through to intervention and give options on how to settle without prosecution.
