In addition to Crown Court matters Catherine practices extensively in the Courts Martial system having successfully defended a large number of HM Forces personnel from all 3 Services of all ranks.
Catherine vigorously defends matters across a broad spectrum covering the military specific offences such as negligently performing a duty or desertion as well as the more general criminal offences such as rape, sexual assaults or grievous bodily harm assaults. Catherine’s military experience assists her to understand cases brought against HM Forces personnel and gives her a real advantage when defending cases where an in depth understanding of the military machine is not only required but of a great advantage.
